Senior Pharmacist

Pharmacy

The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of medication and supplementary services to patients and other stakeholders. The Senior Pharmacist will also assume responsibility for meeting patients’ needs in a responsible, satisfactory and cost-effective manner.

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree/Diploma or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Current registration with the South African Pharmacy Council as a pharmacist.

• Three or more years of experience in a private hospital and knowledge of Medical Aids and Private Healthcare Industry.
• Previous experience in a private hospital and knowledge on ethical, patent and surgical products would be an advantage.
• Knowledge on SAP operating system and CKS would be an advantage.
• Customer service orientated with high working standards
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and administration skills.
• Computer literate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills promoting co-operation and communication between departments.
• Flexibility of duty time to suit departmental needs.
• Pro-active and self-motivating, contributing to creating a work environment that encourages positive staff morale.
