The incumbent will be responsible but not limited to:
- Prepare and maintain accurate Management Accounts in line with the Group Finance policies
- Management and monthly variance analysis of major operating expenses
- Preparation and presentation of the Annual Financial Budget and Forecasts
- Monthly and Quarterly review of all Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Cashflow Management
- Auditing of Monthly Payroll
- Develop and implement system changes / advancements within the company that creates efficiency
- Ensure income tax, VAT and other statutory requirements are followed
- Management of Finance teams at both sites
- Review of creditors recons
- Ensuring BBBEE targets are met as set out from the Group
- Ensuring Audit targets set out by Group are met
- Preparation and presentation of NPV analysis for special projects
- Keep abreast of IFRS updates
