The Registered Nurse willrender and promote cost effective, safe
quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards and
policies. As a Professional Practitioner, the incumbent also is

omissions. The incumbent will further be responsible for direct and/or
indirect nursing care of a patient or a group of patients, for

admission, admission, reception, data capture and switchboard duties,

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Accurately capture all relevant patient information pertaining to
patient admission ensuring 100% compliance in all admission processes
on SAP system
* Assist with fast-admission of patients as necessary
* Ensure professional and friendly when dealing with internal and
external customers
* Responsible for the marketing of the department and services
offered to admitting doctors and follow up with non-compliance

Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services Centre, the Uniform
Co-Ordinator will be tasked with the management of uniforms including
but not limited to ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining
accurate inventory.
The incumbent will be responsible for ordering, distributing, and
tracking uniforms, co-ordinating fittings, and managing returns and
exchanges. He/she will also handle inventory, database management, and
communication with relevant parties.
The Stores Clerk will be responsible for accepting, inspecting,
stocking, and transferring deliveries. The position involves a close
attention to detail, the ability to use inventory software, and strong
organisational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Receiving deliveries in line with the policies & procedures
* Assisting with off-loading shipments from delivery truck
* Opening boxes and inspecting contents of shipments
* Processing returns of defective or incorrect items
* Checking shipping invoices to ensure all items are accounted for
* Contacting the seller or distributor to resolve shipment
discrepancies
* Storing, Restocking, and Shelving delivery items as necessary
* Ensuring that stockroom is clean and organised
* Processing transfers for shipments moving on to another location
* Informing Finance Clerks to pay balance on invoices upon receipt
of full delivery
* Maintaining records of all shipments received
* Handling discrepancies or shipping problems calmly and politely
* Capacity to plan, organise and control own work environment by
setting appropriate priorities and achieving set objectives within a
given time frame
* Ensure processes are in line with the working procedures and

The pharmacy clerk will be responsible for the processing of the one
for one replenishment, replenishing ward stock, unpacking and
processing of patient credits. The pharmacy clerk has the
responsibility of unpacking surgical stock, bar coding the stock and
packing the stock onto the stores shelf. The pharmacy clerk assists
nursing staff in ensuring that stock is replenished on the wards and
units for patient care and new product information.
