Marketing Manager will be responsible for the Internal and External marketing of the hospital and Brand Management RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive the implementation of marketing strategies * Actively participate in hospital marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives * Planning, Organizing and Rolling Out of Brand Activation events * Performing PR on print and digital platforms as approved by management * Actively participate in GP visits and introduction of specialists to GP’s * Ensuring that all Marketing collateral, promotional material and corporate merchandise are aligned to the Busamed Brand Manual * Liaise with internal and external clients, such as staff, doctors and patients * Actively partnering with HR on staff events * Actively promote the hospital services and specialists * Actively drive and promote the CME/CPD program * Actively driving and partnering with other stakeholders on CSI initiatives * Plan and control the specific marketing budget * Researching and implementing new and appropriate marketing strategies * Build and maintain relationships with Doctors (Internal and External) * Implement and maintain the staff newsletter

The incumbent will be responsible for management and maintenance of medical equipment technology and all associated facets within the hospital. The critical outputs will include: * Establish and maintain an accurate computerised asset management system as per Hospital Engineering protocols, * Generate and manage medical equipment replacement plan for all medical equipment for the hospital * Perform first line repairs, modifications and installations on equipment, utilising the necessary test equipment, in accordance with the standards and recommendations of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and/or governing agencies * Perform preventive maintenance inspections of equipment in line with Hospital engineering and OEM protocols * Coordinate the selection and acquisition of medical equipment technology that is fit for purpose and application, and up-to-date with current developments and best practices in the healthcare field, * Communicate and negotiate with vendorsto purchase the most cost effective equipment at the highest quality as per Hospital engineering and procurement protocols * Coordinate the ‘Supply chain management’ of medical equipment for all growth/new projects as per Hospital protocols * Monitor and report on equipment failure trends and life cycle costs * Ensures risks are controlled by reporting incidents and potential risks and corrective action taken * Ensure safe working procedures and technical documents are adhered to * Manage Equipment SLAs at hospital level and ensure outputs are met * Perform formal operators training and monitor competency compliance by arranging training with vendors for hospital nursing staff and equipment end-users.

The Unit Manager will be responsible for coordinating Quality Nursing Care by ensuring compliance with professional and ethical practice. The incumbent will be accountable for coordinating training, development and mentoring of staff in the Unit. The incumbent will be expected to apply and manage the best and most effective operational practice by focusing on the integration of people, technology and financial drivers in ensuring that Unit costs are maintained within budget.
