The incumbent is to ensure effective administration systems,
communication mechanisms and procedures are in place to support the
work of the practice and to ensure the delivery of a high quality.

The incumbent will be responsible for the management of risks related
to hospital infrastructure and assets related to all plant and
equipment. This includes but is not limited to:
* To establish and implement training processes and strategies for
all technical personnel
* Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference
to scheduled project and maintenance
* Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while
ensuring efficient and quality service delivery
* Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any
challenges
* Research and evaluate hardware and software options and weigh the
cost/benefit analysis before procuring services and products on behalf
of the business
* Ensure proper maintenance and installation takes place
* Comply with all regulatory requirements and implement systems to
ensure and proof compliance
* To oversee the technical team and manage, improve and optimise the
technical operations within the facility
* Drive and monitor conformance to SLA, identify gaps and implement
corrective action
* Identify, together with Group Procurement, applicable services and
service providers
* Effective quality systems management
