leader in this speciality, performing functions at an advanced level

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* To assist with on job training so that all staff are motivated to

* Reporting any faults or defects to the supervisor on duty, paying

systems
* Capture and monitor stock, orders, invoices, and delivery notes
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance documentation is up to

* Support HR administration, including attendance, leave, and
training records
