measures

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Daily processing of invoices and credit notes onto SAP
* Batching of invoicing for payment on a daily basis
* Client liaison, ensuring professional and friendly conduct at all
times when dealing with customers, both internal and external,

* Follow up on outstanding invoices and liaise with buyer with all
pricing queries
* Internal ward transfers and checking and processing ward credits

The role of the catering manager (C.M.) is to manage all the catering
services of the clinic/hospital
to the satisfaction of patients and staff. The C.M. must have a
background in business administration
and food service systems. Specific areas of business administration
that are essential include: -
organization, financial and internal controls, cost accounting,
budgeting, production management,
economics, labour relations, personal administration, marketing and
legal responsibilities. With
regard to food service system, the C.M. should have an in-depth
knowledge of food and nutrition
science, social cultural aspects of food, and volume food production.
Theatre stock controller is responsible for the daily stock control in
the Theatre. This includes control over consignment, aged, short
dated, excess, and obsolete stock, defective products and new product
information of stock in the theatre complex. Ordering of Surgical
Stock for the hospital according to SOP while adhering to formulary
requirements.
