Maintenance

Busamed Hillcrest Private hospital is looking for a suitable qualified electrician to carryout maintenance and repairs within the facility.

• Grade 12
• N4 or equivalent electrical engineering qualification
• National Trade Certification
• Wireman’s licence preferably

• 5 or more years in a similar role
• Knowledge of functioning of standby generators
• Knowledge of functioning of the UPS
• Competence in working with compressors and vacuum pumps
• Experience in building maintenance, plumbing and carpentry
• Previous work experience in healthcare facility would be advantageous

• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
• Knowledge of the Electrical Regulation SANS 0142
• Computer literate
• Customer service orientated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to function independently with minimum supervision
