Marketing Officer will support and execute key marketing activities in line with the overall hospital marketing strategy, which includes but limited to:
Support hospital marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives
Implementation of Brand Activation/New Product Launches and events
In-line with developed and approved strategies the marketing officer will execute GP visits and facilitate the introduction of specialists to GP’s. Further to this you will be required ensure that approved marketing collateral is placed in strategic areas including GP practices
Work with the hospital marketing manager to ensure that all marketing collateral is in line with the groups corporate brandingguidelines and best practices
The role will require liaison with patients, doctors, and staff member with escalation of matter to senior management
Working alongside the hospital marketing manager assist the human resources team with staff events in line with employee forum activities
Execute CSI initiatives as determined by management strategies
Assistance with patient satisfaction/experience projects and management of complaints as passed down by the management team
Facilitate doctor relationship initiatives as determined by management
Execution of planned CME/CPD programs and activities
Maintain an up-to-date doctor’s database
Manage staff uniforms
Grade 12 qualification essential
Marketing, PR, HR or Communications tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Computer Literacy – Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
Excellent written and verbal skills
Minimum 2 years’ work experience in marketing or similar roles
At least 1-year should be within the private healthcare environment
Drivers Licence and own vehicle is essential
Must be willing to travel
Must be willing to work after hours and on weekend to execute and facilitate events
