The Healthcare Concierge will be responsible for enhancing the patient experience to deliver Premium Care with a Personal Touch to every patient. To serve as a core function to the hospital, providing assistance and relevant information requested to patients while displaying the Busamed Values. Bridging the gap patients feel between hospital and home. At the same time developing sound working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification

• Working experience in private healthcare, healthcare funding or customer service industry will be advantageous
• Working experience on SAP will be advantageous

• Knowledge of medical aid admitting protocol would be advantageous
• Computer literacy (Microsoft office) essential
• Excellent planning, time management and organising skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to function effectively, independently and under pressure
• Fluent communication in English essential
