The Registered Nurse willrender and promote cost effective, safe quality patient care in accordance with hospitalstandards and policies. As a Professional Practitioner, the incumbent also is responsible for and is held accountable for his/her own acts and omissions.

The incumbent will further be responsible for direct and/or indirect nursing care of a patient or a group of patients, for assessing, planning, executing and supervising the implementation of care to meet patient needs.

• Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
• Relevant qualification within a specialist area will be advantageous.
• + 1 - 5 Years working experience in same position.
• Compliancewith the SANC code for a Registered Nurse and all applicable health care legislation

• Working experience in private healthcare or healthcare funding industry will be advantageous.
• Relevantworking experience as Registered Nurse in Medical Ward.
• Capacity to implement and maintain standards of health practice required from all accredited bodies and appropriate health legislation

• Computer Literacy essential.
• Fluent communication in English essential.
