Busamed Paardevlei Private Hospital is offering an exciting 18-month fixed-term contract internship opportunity to TVET College Learners willing to advance their careers in the human resources domain. The incumbent will be afforded an opportunity to have full exposure to the different roles within the Human Resources Department. The key work output and accountabilities include among others:
Assist with accurate filing of all employee documents
Assist with creating new files for new employees
Assist with removing terminated employees' files from the cabinet and archiving them correctly
Assist with placing vacancy notices and updating the vacancy board
Assist in the typing of all other Human Resources related documents
Assist with Human Resources related projects on an ad-hoc basis as the need arises
Assist with taking minutes at Human Resources meetings from time to time
Assist with setting up and scheduling employees for orientation
Performing any reasonable request, that is over and above the listed specifications
Matric (Grade 12)
N6 Qualification in the respective field requiring Workplace Experience to complete a qualification
No experience required
Computer literate
Willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Proactive, organised, able to pay attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
