The The training and development Assistant will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum plans and co coordinating training throughout Busamed Hospitals. The training and development Assistant evaluates Busamed hospital training for effectiveness and individual employee growth. The training Assistant is responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results. Will coordinate new innovative technological training and facilitate the technological approach to healthcare. Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing
and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for Nursing and Non nursing advocate the appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.) Marketing available training opportunities to all Busamed hospitals and providing necessary information.

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
  • Human Resources or administrative qualification NQF Level 6 and above
  • SDF qualification would be an advantage.

  • 1 – 3 years in Human Resources and Skills Development
  • Experience in a Hospital / Hospital environment will be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels are essential
  • Excellent administration and organization skills are essential
