We are looking for an independent and innovative team player with passion for service excellence.The
incumbent will provide a full HR function to the relevant business unit(s), including recruitment, performance
management, training and development, IR and HR administration/reporting.

• RelevantGrade 12
• Relevant NQF Level 6 Qualification in Human Resource Management is essential, additional relevant
  qualifications will be advantageous

• Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience at an HRBP Level
• Proven track record in HR data analytics
• Proven track record in Line Manager coaching
• Experience in a Hospital / Hospitality environment will be advantageous
• Proven track record in Change Leadership
• Experience on the SAP HRIS will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels are essential
• Excellent administration and organization skills are essential
