Monate Hospital Catering

The General Assistant will be responsible for supporting the overall operations by taking customer orders, preparing basic drinks, maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves, and performing other general tasks to ensure smooth customer experience, all while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Certificate in Hospitality will be advantageous
  • Grade 12

  • +- 2 years working in the hospitality environment
  •  Working experience in private healthcare will be advantageous

  • Clean and sanitise kitchens, dining areas, storerooms.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Wash walls, windows, and surfaces regularly.
  • Clean fridges, ovens, stoves, and other kitchen equipment as directed.
  • Ensure waste bins are emptied and cleaned frequently.
  • Follow the company’s cleaning schedule and hygiene procedures.
  • Keeping the work environment clean.
  • Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
  • Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours.
  • Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.
