The incumbent will be responsible for co-ordination of the administration of the management suite. This includes but is not limited to:
- Answering and screening of calls and liaising with clients competently
- Preparing correspondence as requested by executive team
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executive team
- Liaise with clients, vendors and other stakeholders
- Manage executives ‘calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Taking accurate and complete minutes of meetings and circulating to all stakeholders
- Preparing management presentations and documentation / slides
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to achieve marketing objectives in line with the marketing plan and budget
- Update and maintain surgeon information on a yearly basis
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
