The incumbent will be responsible for all technical related systems of the facility, including but is not limited to:
- The repair and maintenance of sewer, hot and cold-water systems, structures, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings
- For complete and accurate record keeping of all maintenance work and services
- For the supervision and coordination of technical staff /contractors under his control
- Reporting of all relevant maintenance activities and managing the quality of work performed by staff and contractors under his control
- To do basic trouble shooting
- Identify battery problems, and maintaining service records and schedules for servicing by OEM technicians
