Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services Centre, the Uniform Co-Ordinator will be tasked with the management of uniforms including but not limited to ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining accurate inventory.

The incumbent will be responsible for ordering, distributing, and tracking uniforms, co-ordinating fittings, and managing returns and exchanges. He/she will also handle inventory, database management, and communication with relevant parties. 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in the Supply Chain Management field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Organizational Skills: Maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and ensuring timely distribution
  • Communication Skills: Communicating with employees, suppliers, and courier services about uniform needs and logistics
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing issues related to uniform supply, quality, sizing, or damages
  • Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, reordering supplies, and minimizing waste
  • Customer Service: Providing assistance to employees regarding uniform inquiries and replacements

  • Minimum of 12 months relevant administration experience
  • Proven Track record of brand alignment and custodianship

  • Ordering and Stocking:
    Placing orders for new uniforms, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring sufficient supply of all necessary items.
  • Inventory Management:
    Tracking inventory, conducting periodic audits, and ensuring accurate records and accounting.
  • Distribution:
    Distributing uniforms to employees, following procedures, and ensuring proper fit and functionality.
  • Communication:
    Responding to employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on uniform procedures.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintaining accurate records of uniform purchases, inventory, and distribution.
  • Budget Management:
    Managing the uniform budget, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Supplier Relations:
    Maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Policy and Procedure Implementation:
    Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding uniforms.
