The Human Resource Information Practitioner will Coordinates and review the hospital's payroll system; makes recommendations for improvements, PAYE submitted and paid according to SARS requirement (Midyear and Final year submission), ensure and send confirmation after capturing or amendments on the payroll system to Site HR Team and adhere to requirements required by Busamed and Line Manager. 

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
  • Relevant 3 Year HR Degree / HR BTech Degree

  • 2 to 3 years in a Human Resources Information Practitioner or Payrol role is essential
  • Experience in a Hospital / Hospital environment will be advantageous
  • Experience on the SAP HCM is essential

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels are essential
  • Excellent administration and organization skills are essential
