Busamed Bram Fischer Private Hospital, in partnership with HWSETA, is pleased to offer an exciting Generic Management NQF Level 5 Learnership opportunity and invites applications from currently employed staff members who are committed to professional growth and leadership development. This learnership is designed to provide employees with an opportunity to enhance their management knowledge, leadership capabilities, and workplace competencies while continuing to contribute to the hospital's operational excellence. Participants will benefit from structured theoretical learning and practical workplace experience aimed at developing effective management and supervisory skills. Through their employment at Busamed Bram Fischer Private Hospital, learners will gain exposure to various aspects of healthcare operations, people management, service delivery, problem-solving, communication, and leadership within a dynamic healthcare environment. This opportunity will enable learners to strengthen their management capabilities, develop industry-relevant leadership skills, and work towards achieving a nationally recognised qualification in Generic Management at NQF Level 5

• In-service training under qualified supervision
• Successful candidates will be placed with the employer for a period of 12 months
