Busamed Gateway Private Hospital is recruiting a Technical Planner who will be responsible for the following:
- Interaction between Technical Department and all other departments of the Facility
- Management of SAP PM System
- Asset register upkeep
- Management of the daily workflow of the technical Department and recording activities
- Provide regular feedback to all relevant departments regarding job request status
- Control all technical department stock items and stores
- Interact regularly with the finance department regarding orders and payments
- Up-Keep of technical and clinical service schedules
- Coordinate with contractors relating to scheduled services
- Responsible for the technical department’s risk management requirements
- Act as a SHE representative for the department
- Assist the Technical Manger with the administrative functions related to the technical Services Department
- Willingness to work Overtime when needed
- Perform Standby Services when needed for technical or clinical support
- Good organizational skills
